            上海某地埋管换热器设计实例

            摘要:

            介绍了上海某地源热泵加冷却塔系统,冬季完全依靠竖直地埋管系统从土壤中吸热,夏季则以地埋管系统向土壤中散热为主,在地埋管换热量不能满足散热要求(负荷高峰)时,开启冷却塔,辅助系统散热。通过对土壤热物性的分析计算,得出土壤热物性参数,从而为地埋管的换热计算提供依据,同时根据现场的试验数据校核了设计计算结果。

            Abstract:

            Presents a ground-source heat pump and cooling tower system, which absorbs heat from soil through vertical ground heat exchangers entirely in winter, releases heat to soil through vertical ground heat exchangers in summer, and cooling tower works as assistance when the ground heat exchangers cannot meet the heat release requirement(at peak time). By the analysis and calculation of soil thermal properties, obtains the parameter of the soil thermal properties, which provides the basis for the heat transfer calculation. Meanwhile, checks the design conclusion by the site testing data.
