            污泥堆肥车间全面通风量影响因素分析

            摘要:

            污泥堆肥车间的全面通风系统承担着保护车间内工作环境和排出堆肥过程中产生的水蒸气的双重功能。采用理论分析的方法,研究了全面通风系统的水蒸气输运效果及影响通风量的主要因素。研究结果表明:污泥堆肥车间的典型有害物为水蒸气;污泥堆肥车间全面通风量的主要影响因素为工艺过程、室外气象参数和车间围护结构热工参数。对典型案例的分析结果表明,全面通风量并非越大控制效果越好,而是存在一个最佳值。

            Abstract:

            The general ventilation system of sludge composting plants has dual functions of protecting the indoor environment of the workshop and discharging the water vapor generated during the composting process. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, studies the water vapor transport effect of the general ventilation system and the main factors influencing the ventilation rate. The results indicate that the water vapor is a typical hazardous substance in sludge composting plants, and that the main influencing factors of general ventilation rate in sludge composting plant are the fermentation process, the outdoor meteorological parameters and the thermal parameters of building envelope. The analysis result of a typical case shows that the high ventilation rate does not always lead to the better control effect, and there exists an optimal ventilation rate.
