          高等级生物安全实验室压力衰减法气密性测试影响因素

          Influence factors of pressure attenuation method on air tightness test in high-level biosafety laboratory

          摘要:

          介绍了压力衰减法在高等级生物安全实验室围护结构气密性测试时的主要影响因素,包括大气压、房间有效容积、房间温度变化等。理论计算及实践结果表明:满足“500 Pa压差下半衰期为20 min”的房间,在不同气压条件下的泄漏率不同;室内工艺设备所占体积会影响泄漏率的计算结果;当房间内温度发生变化时,不能仅依靠一段时间内压力变化幅度判断房间气密性是否合格。

          Abstract:

          Presents the main influence factors of pressure attenuation method in air tightness test of the enclosure structure in high-level biosafety laboratories, including atmospheric pressure, room effective capacity, room temperature change and so on . The theoretical calculation and practical test results indicate that in the case of a room with a half-life of 20 min in 500 Pa pressure difference, the leakage rate calculation results are different in different pressure conditions. The leakage rate results vary with the volumes of the process equipment in the room. The determination of qualified room air tightness can not depend on the pressure change range within a period of time when the room temperature changes.
