            风道结构对人工环境试验室热环境影响的数值模拟和试验验证

            Numerical simulation and experimental verification of influence of air duct structure on thermal environment in artificial environment laboratories

            摘要:

            从送风风道、回风风道与送回风静压空间3个方面对侧送上回式人工环境试验室进行了10种结构设计,对其温度场和速度场进行了数值模拟,通过实测对典型结构模拟结果的正确性进行了验证,采用不均匀系数对不同结构设计进行了评价。结果表明:单送风静压空间、单回风静压空间、60°斜坡送风风道、平顶回风风道的改进设计较佳;推荐送风速度范围为2~6 m/s。

            Abstract:

            Designs ten kinds of structures for an artificial environment laboratory with sidewall air supply and upper return air from three aspects of the supply air duct, return air duct and supply and return air plenum space, and simulates temperature and velocity fields. Verifies the simulation results of the typical structures by tests. Adopts a uniformity coefficient to evaluate the different structures. The results show that the optimal structure of single supply air plenum space, single return air plenum space, supply air duct with 60° slope and flat top return air duct is satisfied. Recommends the wind speed range of 2 to 6 m/s.
