            高等级生物安全实验室气密性装置气体消毒过程中压力变化趋势及对策

            Pressure variation tendency and countermeasures in gas sterilization process of high-level biosafety laboratory airtight devices

            摘要:

            为了研究高等级生物安全实验室气密性装置气体消毒过程中的压力变化趋势,以ABSL3中一个总管排风高效过滤器单元为研究对象,选取2种消毒设备,设置4种消毒程序,实时监测消毒过程中高效过滤器单元的压力和温度变化,定性分析压差变化的原因。研究结果表明:消毒过程中不控制压力时,高效过滤器单元内会出现较大的正压差;消毒过程中控制压力时,高效过滤器单元内压差比较稳定。提出了气密性装置消毒过程中的压力控制策略,以控制生物安全风险。

            Abstract:

             In order to study the pressure variation tendency of airtight devices during sterilization process in the high-level biosafety laboratory, taking a main pipe exhaust high efficiency particulate air filter unit in ABSL-3 as a research object, selects two types of disinfection equipment and sets four kinds of sterilization procedure to real-timely monitor the pressure and temperature changes of the high efficiency particulate air filter unit during sterilization process and qualitatively analyse the cause of pressure variations. The results show that a large positive pressure difference will occur in the high efficiency particulate air filter unit when the pressure is not controlled during the sterilization process, whereas, the pressure difference is relatively stable when the pressure is controlled. Proposes a pressure control strategy for the sterilization of airtight devices to control biosafety risks.
