            酒店厨房余热回收型高效热水系统性能研究

            Performance of a highly efficient exhausted heat recovery hot water system in hotel kitchens

            摘要:

            基于酒店厨房室内产生的大量废热未经利用而直接排至室外,同时需要供应生活热水的情况,提出了一种新型余热回收型热水系统。介绍了该系统的组成及运行机理。通过TRNSYS软件模拟了厨房全年的废热总量及室内温度,通过Matlab软件建立了各主要部件的数学模型。在保持水初温与终温不变的情况下,对不同室内温度、进水流量、热水用量工况下系统制热性能系数和余热利用系数进行了模拟分析和实验实测。结果表明:面积为60,150,250 m2厨房的全年废热总量分别约为53.72,107.70,222.37 MJ,具有余热回收的必要性;室内温度在18~26 ℃范围内时,系统平均制热性能系数为3.47;当热水用量为600~900 L/d时,系统余热利用系数为0.61~0.77;随着进水流量的增大,余热利用系数逐渐增大,但增幅逐渐减小,进水流量取2.0~2.5 kg/s较为适宜。

            Abstract:

            Proposes an exhausted heat recovery hot water system based on the fact of a large amount of exhausted heat from hotel kitchens released without utilization and the domestic hot water demand at the same time. Presents the composition and operation mechanism of the system. Simulates the annual total amount of exhausted heat and indoor temperature of kitchens by TRNSYS software, and establishes the mathematical models of the main components by Matlab software. Under the condition of constant initial and final water temperature, simulates and measures the heating coefficient of performance (COP) and exhausted heat utilization coefficient (E) of the system under different operating conditions such as indoor temperature, influent water flow rate and hot water consumption. The results show that the annual exhausted heat amount of kitchens with the area of 60, 150, 250 m2 are about 53.72, 107.70, 222.37 MJ, respectively, which is necessary for recovery. When the indoor temperature is in the range of 18 to 26 ℃, the average heating COP of the system is 3.47. When the hot water consumption is 600 to 900 L/d, the E of this system is 0.61 to 0.77. With the increase of influent water flow rate, the E increases gradually, while the growth rate decreases gradually. The influent water flow rate of 2.0 to 2.5 kg/s is preferred.
