            制药工艺人工投料工序高危药物粉尘控制与净化装置研制*

            摘要:

            现阶段,制药工艺中的人工称量、投料和在线清洗工序存在开放式作业,致使作业人员暴露于存在药物粉尘的作业环境中。针对上述工序进行工艺改进,采用严格密闭、负压控制、通风净化、自动控制等措施,研发了一种适用于控制高危药物粉尘扩散,并净化送入和排出的空气,以及收集药物粉尘、具备药品生产与粉尘控制功能的一体化集成装置,既能满足生产工艺要求,又能控制药物粉尘危害、保障工人健康。

            Abstract:

             There are open operations in artificial weighing, feeding and online cleaning processes in pharmaceutical technology at present, which exposes the workers to the operating environment with drug dust. In order to improve the technology of the above process, adopts the measures such as high airtight, negative pressure control, ventilation and purification, and automatic control to develop an integrated device with the function of drug production and dust control. The integrated device can control the diffusion of high-risk drug dust, purify intake air and exhaust air and collect the drug dust, for satisfying the requirement of production technology, and controlling the hazards of drug dust to ensure the health of workers.
