            RC318直接接触制冰特性实验研究*

            Experimental study on ice slurry production using direct contact heat transfer of RC318 refrigerant and water

            摘要:

             搭建了采用7 ℃/12 ℃冷水作为冷源、RC318作为制冷剂的直接接触式制冰系统,阐述了该系统的运行模式、喷射装置型式及制冷剂的选择。研究了在RC318与水直接接触制取冰浆过程中,喷孔朝向、水位高度对冰浆开始生成时间、除冰周期及制冷量的影响。结果表明:当水位高度相同时,与喷孔向上相比,喷孔向下易形成喷孔冰堵,达到冰点所需的降温时间短、除冰周期短及制冷能力强;当喷孔朝向相同时,随着水位升高,冰浆开始生成的时间延后,除冰周期先变短后变长,制冷量先增大后减小。

            Abstract:

             Using chilled water at 7 ℃/12 ℃ of supply and return temperatures as cold source, establishes an ice slurry generation system using direct contact heat transfer of RC318 refrigerant and water. Clarifies the operating mode, type of nozzle device and refrigerant selection of the system. In the producing process of ice slurry by direct contact between RC318 and water, studies the effects of nozzle orientation and water level on the initial formation time of ice slurry, deicing period and cooling capacity. The results show that at the same water level, compared with the upward nozzle,the ice blockage occurs more easily at the downward nozzle. The time to the freezing point and the deicing period are shorten,and the cooling capacity of downward nozzle is higher than that of the upward one. At the same nozzle orientation, the beginning time of ice slurry generation is delayed, the deicing period is shorten firstly and then extended, moreover, the cooling capacity increases at first and then decreases with the increasing of the water level.
