        高大空间建筑冬季渗透风研究现状与能耗影响*

        Literature review and energy consumption analysis of winter air infiltration in large space buildings

        摘要:

        渗透风是影响建筑冬季室内热环境及供暖能耗的重要因素,目前对于高大空间建筑渗透风的实际影响及作用规律尚未得到系统阐释。对不同类型高大空间建筑冬季渗透风的研究进行了文献综述,综合分析了冬季渗透风量及其对室内热环境的影响现状;理论分析了渗透风负荷在不同类型建筑中的占比,结果表明渗透风负荷在高大空间建筑的占比可高达66%~85%,显著高于普通办公和住宅等建筑。在此基础上,对高大空间渗透风的关键影响因素进行了初步分析,并对相应的应对措施和研究需求进行了展望,以期从设计、运行和管理等角度为降低高大空间建筑冬季渗透风影响提供指导。

        Abstract:

         Air infiltration is a significant factor affecting the heating energy consumption of buildings in winter; however, the actual situation and mechanism of air infiltration in large space buildings have not been demonstrated in detail yet. Reviews the researches on winter air infiltration in large space buildings and summarizes its influences on heating load and indoor environment. Furthermore, theoretically analyses the heating load caused by air infiltration, and the result indicates that the heating load caused by air infiltration in large space buildings accounts for 66% to 85%, which is obviously higher than that in other normal buildings such as office building and residences. Besides, summarizes the key influence factors of air infiltration and puts forward the possible solutions, which can provide guidelines in both design and operation processes of large space buildings to decrease the influence of winter air infiltration.
