            多热源双螺旋管水箱换热性能研究及优化

            Study and optimization of heat transfer performance of multi-heat source water tank with double helical tubes

            摘要:

            螺旋管水箱作为多热源供暖系统的换热核心部件,其换热效果对系统性能有较大影响。为了优化多热源双螺旋管水箱结构,利用ANSYS软件中的ICEM和Fluent模块进行了建模,并通过实验验证了模型的准确性;模拟研究了水箱主体螺旋管内流体的流动方向、水箱进水直管位置及进水口出水方向、水箱进水直管管径及水箱高径比对水箱换热性能的影响。研究结果表明:将螺旋管内部工质的流向调整为逆流,并调整入流管方向,能够形成更大范围的高温区域和低温区域;扩大直通入流管管径可提高生活热水取水温度,增大水箱高径比有利于形成更大范围的冷热分区。

            Abstract:

             Helical tube water tank is the core component of multi-heat source heating system, and its heat transfer effect has a great influence on the performance of whole system. In order to optimize the structure of multi-heat source double helical tube water tank, establishes a model by the ICEM and Fluent modules of ANSYS software, and verifies the accuracy of the model by experiments. Studies the effects of the flow direction of the fluid in the helical tubes of the main body in the water tank, the position of the straight inlet tube of the water tank and the outlet direction of the water inlet, the diameter of the straight inlet tube of the water tank and the height-diameter ratio of the water tank on the heat transfer performance of the water tank. The results show that adjusting the flow direction of the working fluid in the helical tube to countercurrent and the direction of the inlet tube can form a wider range of high temperature and low temperature areas. Expanding the diameter of the straight inlet tube can increase the intake water temperature of domestic hot water and increasing the height-diameter ratio of the water tank is beneficial to form a wider range of hot and cold zones.
